Additional Training Additional training refers to a situation where one type of training enhances the progress or effectiveness of another type of training. This can have both positive and negative effects on the desired performance
Fatigue 1 This is the ability to cope with muscle pain.
Fatigue 2 This is basically how much carbs are stored in the body.
Fatigue 3 This is the ability to cope with cardiovascular fatigue.
Performance Indicators Performance indicators are variables that are used to determine the limitations of an individual's performance. In the TREFf model, we use 7 performance indicators to calculate these limitations.
Tmax This is the ability to accelerate.

Vmax This is the maximum power.
VT1 This is the first ventilatoire threshold.
VT2 This is the second ventilatory threshold.
