Fatigue-Curve |
This calculation is based on the relation of the neural imput to the muscle-cells from 0% to 100%. This creates an increase in [Ca]2+ making the muscle contract. Due to the state of the 3 types of fatigue, a different amount of power in (VO2tot) can be produced.

Fit | Fit means the degree of agreement between the model and the data. It is a measure of how well the model can explain or predict the observed phenomena. | |
Interval | An interval during exercise refers to a period of time where you alternate between high-intensity exercise and low-intensity exercise or rest. | |
Lactate test | A lactate test is a type of exercise test that measures the amount of lactate (lactic acid) in the blood during physical activity. | |
Oxycon test | An oxycon test is a type of exercise test that measures the oxygen consumption (VO2) and other parameters like VCO2, Ve of a person during physical activity. | |
Performance Indicators | Performance indicators are variables that are used to determine the limitations of an individual's performance. In the TREFf model, we use 7 performance indicators to calculate these limitations. | |
